Yashodalay Foundation is a charitable trust registered in India, holding 80G and 12A registrations and complying with FCRA for foreign contributions where applicable. Our registered contact email is seva@yashodalay.org.

2. Use of the website

• You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
• Content on this site is provided for information about our work; you may not reproduce it commercially without permission.
• We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website at any time.

3. Donations

• Donations are voluntary contributions to our charitable work and are not payments for goods or services.
• You confirm that the funds you donate are lawfully yours and that the information you provide is accurate.
• Eligible donations receive an 80G tax receipt; providing an accurate PAN is required for a valid receipt.
• We allocate funds to the cause you select, or to the area of greatest need where you have not specified a cause.

4. Monthly (recurring) giving

If you set up a monthly donation, you authorise a recurring charge until you cancel. You may pause or cancel your monthly gift at any time; cancellation applies to future charges and does not affect gifts already made.

5. Refunds

Donation refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please refer to it for eligibility and the request process.

6. Limitation of liability

The website is provided on an ‘as is’ basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
